Truck City Service

Called 8 dealerships around Fort Collins area and no one would service my Jayco 22C Redhawk RV with Chevy express 4500. Called Tammy at Truck City and she was very knowledgeable on the technical issues and warranty work! Tammy made the entire experience very professional while providing superior customer service! I will definitely be back to Truck City for any and all repairs.

I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but I felt inclined to after my experience, specifically the rep I spoke to. Matthew was great each and every time we spoke over the phone. He was not only friendly but seemed like he actually cared about his job and wanted to make sure I was not only in the loop but happy with my service. He was knowledgeable and never acted like any question was a bother to him. I also appreciated the accurate and reasonable estimate I was given for 3 belts I needed replaced. The previous shop I went to quoted me almost double for the same work. Would highly recommend and will come back if I ever need any other work done on my truck. There’s a reason my family has been going to Weld County Garage and Truck City for years. Thank you to the entire team that helped me out!

I had an amazing experience with Truck City auto services, specifically withTammy Palmer. Not only did she go above and beyond with answering all my questions and giving me great updates on my truck repairs, she worked everything out with my warranty to make sure I got everything I needed added to the Claim. The technicians/mechanics we’re very thorough which made me feel confident in their work. I will definitely use them for all future automotive work needed for my personal and company vehicles

I am leaving this review so other travelers, especially those hauling older campers, understand exactly what happened with my repair. I originally came to Truck City only because Progressive towed my 1969 camper t to Weld County Garage their counterpart who held it for five nights and when they finally determined the work had to be done by Truck City, towed it there. The camper had suffered a dangerous tire incident: the lug nuts had been tampered with or removed and the tire nearly came off at 55 mph on Highway 34. Only one stem held, which prevented a catastrophic crash. Truck City completed the repair quickly and treated me well at that time. They replaced five new lug-nut studs on the driver’s side wheel. However, the wheel on this 56-year-old camper is cast iron, and cast iron should not have steel studs welded onto it. Any welder knows cast iron cracks under that type of heat. They told me the camper was ready in one day, and I picked it up the next morning. After that repair, I traveled all around Colorado. Then, on my return from Flagler near mile marker 333, the same wheel suffered another blowout. The tire shredded, the camper fishtailed, and I was fortunate not to cr

Sierra & her team were excellent! Came in for an oil change along with a small leak & check engine light. Communication on timing and expectations were excellent & clearly communicated. Sierra followed up with finding, provided a quote and explained the solution. They identified item’s warranty covered & what I would be responsible for. Provided expected timing and followed through with what they said they would do! Very pleasant to work with & took care of me !! Well done!
